In July 2017, the toilet next to my unit overflowed. They called and told us; we filed a claim with our insurance company.
They did nothing to mitigate the effect of the water damage - specifically, MOLD. Here is a pic of our LEATHER couch from a month later. When I complained, they could not/would not tell me who was there on the date of the incident, what they did to mitigate the water damage, etc. THIS IS THEIR FAULT!!!
They will do nothing to help and WE had to dispose of the molded items. I feel sorry for the employees, they are working in a toxic environment.
