Do not rent from this company. I have a rental slot on Hacks Cross in Olive Branch, MS, that started as a different company.
When they changed ownership , no one notified me at all. I’m a Travel RN and I’m in other states, so communication is imperative. They raised my rent with no notice and they keep tagging all kinds of fees to my account. I’m moving my things next time I get to MS and I have a lawyer reviewing my lease contract now.
BTW I have never signed a lease with the new company so im favored here. Let this be a warning!!
