Tried to contact them several times they keep promising to call back then I put in a move out order online and spoke with someone and at least a month in advance and they will not give me prorated amount. They have took money from me the bill went up 30$ after 6 months.

If u are 6 days late they put lock on ur storage and deactivate your lock code.

Jeez I been with them a year now always on time and one time six days late my storage is locked and that's bull crap. They do not try to work with u at all they are just out for money that's it!
