After booking online and speaking to someone in the "chat" box, I quickly proceeded the next day to get to the facility because as was explained, "you don't have a reservation until you go to the location"...booking online is a farce, you don't really hold any unit. It continued down hill as my "first month free" was never actually booked by the employee and I ended up with a totally different unit that now was higher in price and "we will give you half off"???

really? your error and I get half off? The customer complaint employee who returned my call was rude and basically told me to read the fine print. Seriously?

after I explained I worked for a very large company who deals with customers every day, he told me "you're going bankrupt anyway"....WOW is all I can say I will NEVER use this company and I will be certain to tell everyone I know NEVER to waste their time either. Merry Christmas, great customer service.
