Water leaking reported in January. However, wss suppose to be fixed.

APRIL, MAJOR WATER LEAK WIPED OUT MANY UNITS INCLUDONG DAMAGE TO OURS. THEY OFFERED TO MOVE US TO ANOTHER UNIT AND PROMISED THE WATER LEAKING WAS FIXED. YESTERDAY FOUND MAJOR WATER LEAKING AGAIN. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED US ABOUT WATER DAMAGE UNTIL WE OPENED OUR UNIT.

BEWARE! ALSO PAID THIS MONTGS PAYMENT ON THE KADT DAY BEFORE LATE FEE. THEIR COMPUTERS WERE DOWN AND COUKDNT RUN OAYMENT. TOOK ALL THE INFORMATION AND GIVEN A HAND RECEIPT.

HIWEVER, ON Monday they ran it with a late fee because of their computerssydtems being down.

I got charged a late fee. Beware!
