Extra Space Storage - My personal experience
There are about six Extra Space Storage facilities within a 5 mile radius of my home. All the facilities I visited were very clean and modern they are kept up and well maintained.
The paid managers on duty seen to handle the office and minor maintenance chores. the unit I have had a large diameter fire sprinkler supply pipe that runs through and it kinda limits the available space you really have access to. They are a publicly held company EXR on the NYSE. Maybe that explains a 68 percent rate increase in two yers as a loyal customer.
They are out to make money - they have to please their stockholders- nothing wrong with that. so beware - the rate increases will happen they will try to get as much as they can, They want to maintain there profitability.
