I have been with Extra Space Storage since they bought out Tuck It Away in August, 2017. I thought T I A was pretty bad.

- Extra Space promised us a keyless entry system when they took over. Still nothing (1/10/18). You have to call the nearby facility and hope they pick up. Once they do, you have to wait, sometimes in the freezing cold or rain, 3- 20 minutes for someone to come and open the door, longer if you need the elevator.

- The elevator froze up the other day (the building has seemingly no heat- the toilet bowl contents were frozen too, yuck!) so I had to carry all my heavy stuff up the stairs. - They also promised to self service the elevator so we don't have to wait for an attendant. Since August. In all this time (it takes less than 1 day to install a keyless entry system) they would not put an attendant at our facility to open the door.

If this keeps up, I will move out as soon as it gets a bit warmer. STAY AWAY!!

July, 2018- Except for the toilet thawing, nothing has changed.
